The wider reopening of The Hollies Bookkeeping offices
We just wanted to update you about the wider reopening of The Hollies Bookkeeping offices.
We are slowly re-opening up our physical offices from next Monday, 15th June!
At the moment we are looking at having the office open 3-4 days a week.
Clients will need to call first to ensure their bookkeeper is available and arrange a convenient day and time to pop in with paperwork.
To ensure our excellent, professional service is uninterrupted and as swift as usual, we will be working from home more and the team has been furnished with with new laptops and VPN links into our Server to enable them to work on Sage accounts/payroll, and we are looking at setting all new clients up on Xero cloud.
We are also going onto VOIP (voice over internet protocols) phone systems, which means that if one of the team is working form home, they will be contactable via transferring the call or their clients having their direct dial number.
All unanswered calls should go to an answerphone and come up as an email for the team! So no call or contact will ever go unanswered!
There will obviously be rules when visiting the office, such as a sign on the door saying:
“Please knock and wait for a member of staff. Please don’t be alarmed if we squirt your hands with sanitiser! We are just following the COVID-19 regulations!”
