Shropshire Bookkeepers become Xero Gold Partner

The Hollies Bookkeeping Services in Shropshire has become a Xero Gold Partner.

What does this mean for us and our customers? Well, here at the Hollies, which is headquartered in Pontesbury, Shropshire, we have been using Xero accounting software for many years.

We use it because it’s easy for us and our clients to use and it connects us with our clients’ banks, accountants, and other business apps. This makes everything more seamless and more streamlined.

From Xero’s perspective, to achieve Gold partner status level, a partner needs to maintain between 300 and 999 Xero partner points and have at least one staff member who holds an active Advisor certification. 

We also get free access to tools like Xero Practice Manager and Xero HQ to help manage our practice and access to a digital marketing toolkit, access to special promotions and invitations to briefings and forums with Xero to help us keep expanding our knowledge.

From our side, it basically means the majority of our clients are now using Xero and all the staff are fully trained in Xero accounts and Payroll. 

Although all the staff are highly trained, Julie, Satomi, Shirley and Tatiana hold the active Advisor and Payroll certification, so are our port of call for anything we need to check or find out.

Josie and Anita are working on their Advisor and Payroll Certifications as well.

We are finding that it really helps to have an expert and we know this means our clients can trust us that we are working as hard and as smart on their all their bookkeeping affairs as we can.
